An interesting concept. The effectiveness hurdle will be in the execution and adoption of the concept. I personally think that voting with one's wallet is the most effective means of getting a point across. User friendly adoption and mass adoption is critical. I use the recently released BUYCOTT smartphone app for such things.

What is an Npn (NonProft Netowrk)? A nonprofit network of individuals, which may be established by a contract between the individuals, is a network, but not an organization, behaving exactly like a npo, so that the individuals together are permitted to generate surplus revenues, but only so that all the revenues are retained by the individuals in the network for their self-preservation, expansion, or plans as a complete network, where this condition is the prior condition for establishing any contract between the executive of the network and all its individuals.
